We are seeking an experienced and driven Sr. Product Designer to join our Digital Innovation Team reporting to the Executive Director, Product & Design. In this role, you’ll help craft intuitive, elegant digital experiences across our consumer- and physician-facing platforms. You’ll own the end-to-end design process — from discovery and research to interaction design, visual polish, and design system stewardship. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to ensure our digital products are not only functional but delightful.

This is an Exempt position. The expected pay range for this position is $161,000 to $185,000. You are eligible for a sales incentive compensation terms and conditions apply.
Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations, including but not limited to role-relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, geographic location, certifications, and more.
