Job Description

Our Immersive Experiences team is growing, and we’re looking to welcome our next Creative Producer!

As a Creative Producer, you’ll operate at the intersection of story, space, technology and delivery – translating ambitious creative vision into something buildable. A collaborative role, working closely with project managers, creative directors, designers, vendors and client – aligning stakeholders around a coherent narrative and integrated design approach.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and facilitating the creative development and design process
  • Communicating with clients and stakeholders
  • Oversight of vendors and asset production
  • Coordinating budgets and scheduling

You can find out more about the finer details of the role in our job description here.

Our ideal candidate

To really shine in this role you’ll need to bring a wealth of experience in content development and production – ideally within interactive, film, theatre or immersive experiences.

Your CV and portfolio of work will speak to experience in projects designing/directing world-class destination experiences, as well as show:

  • A deep understanding of spatial design and lighting integration with interactive system pipelines and emerging AV technologies to build immersive environments
  • Expertise in the RIBA methodology, managing the full project lifecycle from budget estimation and risk identification to schedule management and multi-project prioritization.
  • Skill in translating complex conceptual ideas into clear, high-quality artistic presentations and compelling, narrative-driven immersive storytelling.
  • Proficiency in commercial oversight, including cost tracking and high-level vendor negotiations to ensure production quality stays within financial parameters.

Systems-wise, you’ll need to be technologically literate and know your way around Adobe, Miro and MS365.

Why this role?

You’ll get to work on top-tier destination experiences and immersive storytelling, with a cross- disciplinary scope. Our roles have significant ownership and autonomy – helping shape narrative and design direction and having strategic exposure to senior leaders.

The work we do is impactful – we have a history of creating experiences that truly inspire audiences.

You’ll also be working alongside people who are truly passionate about the work they do and what they create.
